Support Department Roles

Support Department Advisors (based at both Enderby and Evington) work to support internal teams as well as Directory customers in a wide range of ways - from solving credit enquiries to accounts administration.

We have a number of different roles in support, and each one calls for different qualities and skills. However, for all of these positions you need to be friendly and professional (whether on or off the phone), with a helpful approach and a natural eye for detail. In short, you need to care about doing a good job.
